The Royal Caribbean Salsa Cruise 2005 hosted by Salsa Mania (Bermuda)

After The Boston Salsa Congress the Tribe went back to Toronto and headed to Rochester NY to perform/teach and they were accompanied by some hard core salsa lovers. That's what i like to see! If salsa is a lifestyle for you, let Mambo Tribe know you'd like to come along!

Meanwhile, during the week, Stephanie & Mark-Anthony drove from Boston to New Jersey to catch the Voyager of the Seas cruise ship Sunday afternoon. Ana/Joel, Juan/Christina (with Ariel and Becky, Twinkie and Christian), Sonia/Morris, Oscar/Vanessa and Marie-Josee & Roberto, including Mambo Tribe were all teaching and performing for 5 days on the ship and in Bermuda.

This is the largest ship out there, with about 3000 guests and 1000 crew members...with lots to do all day. Of course the salsa guests had their agenda of taking workshops 2 days out of the 5, and enjoying the shows/parties, as well as dancing until 3am to the ship's Latin band and to yours truly, DJ MAS.

There were 2 days in Bermuda to sight see, snorkel, scuba, golf, shop, eat. Most of us went to Snorkel Park and to Horseshoe Bay to enjoy the waves and sun. Bermuda sun is not to be taken lightly...even the least sensitive skin can burn before you know it...

Mambo Tribe was proud to have been a part of Bermuda's most well attended event at the Hamilton Princess, boasting 450 attendees (Standing room only) and showcasing 16 groups. Congratulations to the Bermuda Salsa Group.com for a hugely successful night that was filled with the sounds of New York's DJ Henry Knowles!

If you want to have a vacation, and want to include salsa, definitely come next year for AUGUST 6TH, 2006. We'll be there!

Our next stop was New York, the story continues....click to read
